Here at EndEver (accessible from www.NeverEndEver.com and Our Discord) one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by NeverEndEver and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in NeverEndEver. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website and our discord. Our Privacy Policy was created with the help of our partners, clients and artist.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

We ask users to submit music for review. We prioritize security and understand the importance of unreleased music or other private info (such as real name, e-mail, or any location data.) That’s why we don’t send e-mails for anyone submitting on our website, and recommend adding such data only as a contact incase of issues regarding your submission. This commitment helps protect our users' accounts and data, giving you peace of mind while using our services. When we start e-mails to clients in anyway outside of song request, we will use a separate system with "newsletter" or a similar, clearly stated goal.

only what is asked for in our Google Forms.

Log Files

NeverEndEver follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Your privacy and data protection are very important to us. We've updated our email privacy policies to improve your experience. We're only accepting real email addresses to create a safer environment and have enhanced our systems to protect your data, disallowing email generator addresses.

To offer a safer browsing experience, we’ve revised our browser policies with several improvements. Our encryption protocols are now stronger, we use cookies only for essential site functions, and our detection of harmful content has been upgraded. For added security, no info is stored on our site that is not already public (example: artist profiles and links)

Ensuring a family-friendly and secure online space is our priority. We adhere to pornography laws by prohibiting adult content. Our platform’s content moderation practices are robust, aimed at preventing any adult material from being published on our site and ensuring compliance with these regulations. Only Endever staff can edit this website, artist do not have access to any site controls or data.

You can choose to disable even googles cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers’ respective websites. all site functions will work without googles cookies.
